Kickapoo Valley Reserve Winter Festival

Winter Festival is a wonderful family event that highlights fun winter activities including sledding, ice skating, archery, snow sculpture, ice cave hikes, nature talks & hikes, face painting, horse-drawn bobsled rides, snowshoeing, Tri-state Malamute Club Sled Dog Race, Snow Snake Competition, The Dam-Ski-Daddle (a short, silly race on skis, bring your own skis).

Emily is an Assistant Professor of Biochemistry at Winona State University. She studies the molecular machinery of enzymes, including kinases, which are popular targets for chemotherapy drugs.
