Mary Solberg: Water Portraits

Mary Solberg is a Minneapolis painter whose bold, iconic figurative work is influenced by religious imagery, the great master artists, vintage postcards, and circus sideshow banners. She paints people or animals living or dead, real or imagined, to venerate them on a more personal level.

Book Signing, local author

Local author and comic Lisa Olson releases “Laughs On Wry; an improviser’s memoir”. This book includes stories from childhood, growing up in an alcoholic home, and finding escape through laughter. The photo project included features people and places from La Crosse. Olson runs the local comedy troupe Heart of La Crosse. A portion of proceeds will be donated the Family & Children’s Center.
